If you are not currently serving in the CATM Worship Ministry and are interested in being a part on any of our campuses, please fill out this form so we can connect with you! This information enables us to guide you toward your best next steps according to the CATM Worship Ministry serving requirements for various levels of leadership within the ministry. Our goal is to help Christ-followers planted at CATM succeed in finding a place to serve!
A Note About Central Campus Vocal Team

This form is for those who are new to the Worship Ministry. If you are already in the Worship Choir and are interested in a vocal team interview, we will let you know how to indicate that when the next interview dates are released. Please do not fill out this form. These interview dates happen two to three times a year. As a reminder, all vocalists will begin with a full and consistent season in the Worship Choir before an interview for the vocal team is extended at the discretion of the worship pastor.
